Recent, consistent, source-linked.
Longitudinal Health Intelligence™
Context before concern.
PBRx turns years of scattered records, readings, and personal health information into one clear, continuously evolving health story—with the evidence behind it.
- Patient-controlled
- Evidence-traceable
- Human-directed

The missing layer in healthcare
Your health data is everywhere.
Your health story shouldn’t be.
Healthcare stores episodes. PBRx builds a continuous understanding of the person—without replacing the clinician.
Build
Convert documents, readings, images, and manual entries into timestamped observations.
Connect
Resolve events into a unified longitudinal timeline while preserving source provenance.
Compare
Evaluate new information against recent, annual, and lifetime personal baselines.
Explain
Present structured insights with evidence, confidence, guardrails, and review context.
The durable asset
A Health Vault,
not a folder of PDFs.
The patient’s verified health story is organized as reusable evidence. AI models can change; the longitudinal record remains centered on the patient.

Every chapter of the health story.
The PBRx Health Vault organizes information across the domains that shape longitudinal understanding.

A useful answer should show its work.
The HIC turns the longitudinal record into a concise, portable view of status, change, evidence strength, data sufficiency, and unresolved gaps.
- Personal baseline and time-window comparisons
- Evidence source, date, and confidence
- Calm, proportional status language
- Clinician-ready questions and context
No meaningful departure from the established personal baseline across the reviewed period.

Trust architecture
Trust is not a disclaimer.
It is a system requirement.
PBRx is designed around controlled data flows, evidence lineage, human oversight, and clear capability limits.
Explicit authorization paths and patient-centered permissions.
Source, date, extraction path, and confidence remain attached.
Protected information is not sent directly from the browser to model providers.
Account and patient data boundaries are designed to stay distinct.
PBRx supports decisions and preparation; licensed professionals retain clinical authority.
The Health Vault remains independent of any single AI vendor.
- Compare information with verified personal baselines
- Show evidence, source, date, confidence, and gaps
- Recommend appropriate professional review
- Diagnose or independently rule out acute conditions
- Replace licensed clinical judgment
- Invent certainty from incomplete records
Built for continuity
One story across every setting.
Walk in prepared.
See the history clearly and bring focused, evidence-linked context to appointments.
See beyond the visit.
Review concise context that makes limited appointment time more productive.
Preserve continuity.
Connect VA, community-care, operational, wearable, and patient-reported information.
Learn responsibly.
Support consent-gated, de-identified analysis with separate research identifiers.
Real-world workflow validation
The right context.
The right handoff.
A 2026 encounter tested the boundary between patient-owned evidence and clinician-led evaluation. PBRx supported measured escalation without claiming diagnosis.
This documents workflow behavior—not diagnostic accuracy or clinical efficacy.“The report didn’t diagnose. It helped ask the right question at the right time.”FIRST REAL-WORLD PBRx VALIDATION CASE
Questions, answered
What PBRx is—and is not.
Is PBRx a medical record portal?
No. A portal shows records from one system. PBRx is designed as a patient-owned context layer that connects evidence across systems and time.
Does PBRx diagnose medical conditions?
No. PBRx supports preparation, longitudinal understanding, and clinician review. It does not diagnose, provide emergency monitoring, or replace professional medical care.
Is PBRx available to the public?
Not yet. PBRx is operating as a functional prototype in a controlled closed-beta environment. Public health-data uploads are not accepted through this website.
What makes the platform different?
The durable value is the patient-owned longitudinal evidence system: personal baselines, source traceability, structured intelligence products, and clear confidence and data gaps.
Healthcare stores records.
PBRx builds understanding.
PBRx is advancing a controlled functional prototype toward bounded pilot validation, security hardening, and responsible deployment.
