Where appropriate, changes should be considered against the individual's verified history—not only population ranges or isolated snapshots.
Keep humans in authority
Patients direct their information; licensed professionals retain clinical authority; qualified representatives retain legal and benefits authority.
Safety boundaries

- PBRx should not rule out acute conditions or delay emergency care.
- PBRx should not fabricate missing evidence or conceal conflicting sources.
- Generated reports should clearly state their informational purpose and limitations.
